    • Accounting systems and procedure set up
      For most small and medium sized businesses, we realized that the Accounting part of the organization is the least worked on but the most critical part of having a successful business. We assist businesses in setting up a simple accounting system with procedures on daily operations that can be easily followed by staff (especially non-accounting staff).
    • Accounting systems analysis
      We analyze the current accounting system used by a business and put forward recommendations for improving the system in order to make its accounting function effective and user friendly. As we have found in most small and medium sized businesses, finances determine the ability of a business to employ suitably qualified staff. The trend has been to employ inexperienced staff and this leads to complications particularly in the accounting area.
    • Accounting software analysis
      We have found that most small and medium sized businesses use a variety of accounting software mostly based on friends’ recommendation. In most cases the software may not be suitable to the business needs and may also be too expensive. We analyze the current software and put forward our recommendations taking into account the affordability of the software.
  3. Computerised Accounting Systems
    • MYOB Payroll set up and training
      There are a number of payroll software available which can be purchased directly from the supplier and installed by them. An evaluation can be carried out by us to determine which software is suitable for the business and its ability to pay. In most accounting software such as MYOB, the payroll system is included. In this case, we can provide the training required to set up the payroll system.
      We therefore provide hands-on training to businesses on all the basic aspects of the accounting department.  These areas include but not confined to:

      This training is either conducted in-house or outside the working environment depending on the number of staff to be trained. The training session covers the basic aspects of MYOB to the advanced areas. The training sessions conducted for a specific organization is tailor-made to suit the current system and data. This facilitates the learning process of the respective staff. 
    • MYOB Developer
      This latest offering from our team involves developing Add-Ons for the MYOB software based on our client requests.  The programs that are developed are either tied directly to MYOB or can be run as a fully fledged program on its own.
    • Accounting reports setup and training
      In most businesses, a profit and loss statement or a balance sheet statement meets their reporting requirements. Some businesses also require cash flow reports in order to monitor the cash situation at any point in time. We assist businesses set up specific reports such as cash flow, sales analysis (%, $, customer and sales person), budget analysis (compare actuals against budget) etc as required by management and train their relevant staff in the process.

    • Debt collection services
      The Caisen debt collection service is a member of the Worldwide Collection Network. The WWCN has been owned by ‘DMS Group’ since its launch in 1989 and is now represented in 112 countries, including Fiji. As a registered member of the Credit Bureau of Fiji, we will be providing a full time debt collection service targeting businesses that need to recover outstanding debts.
    • Marketing
      We offer small and medium sized businesses marketing solutions where they can increase their foothold in the market by way of advertising and marketing campaigns either via the newspapers, radio, and corporate wear or Television advertisements. This also depends on the individual business’ ability to pay for these marketing strategies.
    • K-Send (Errands Runs)
      Please take a moment to answer the following questions:
      • Do you have a lot of errands to run for the office such as mail box checking, banking, mail delivery, embassy runs etc?
      • Do you have FEA payments, Homecentres payments and personal banking to be done but the line is too long?
      • Are you too busy at work to take the time to do any of the above?

If you answered “Yes” to all the above, then our new service is the answer you have been looking for. I am attaching a copy of our rate sheet for your attention. All runs are documented via a delivery book and the original copy is given to the client for their record, while the book copy is given to our accounts department for invoicing purposes. We invoice both personal and company runs separately. The invoicing period is from Monday to Friday of any week. The invoice is delivered on Monday of the following week. Payment arrangements are normally organized before the first run is made so that the invoices correctly reflect the due dates. All payments are to be made to “Caisen Limited”. 

    • Property Search
      We provide four options for property searches (Commercial and Residential).

      • To obtain copies or an extract of any document or record an additional photocopy fee of F$0.60 per page will be charged to the search fee.
      • You will need to indicate whether you want copies or extracts of documents sent with the report.
